I most recently served as VP of Technology at Think Company, where I built and ran a UX engineering organization of engineering managers, technical leads, UX engineers, and QA. My specialty for 20+ years has been the same set of disciplines: design systems built as engineered products, accessibility treated as first-class, front-end architecture made with designers in the room.
